(1) No person shall voluntarily provide or embezzle property or funds by any means directly or indirectly with unlawful intent knowing that they are or may be used in whole or in part by terrorist persons or terrorist organizations. (2) No A person shall not engage in any of the acts mentioned in sub-section (1). (3) No person shall conspire to commit terrorist acts or to provide material support or material resources directly or indirectly to a terrorist person or terrorist organization by any means. (4) ) No person shall do any of the following in relation to any act mentioned in sub-section (1), (2) or (3):- (a) act as an agent for doing such act, (b) organize or direct any other person to do such act , or (c) knowingly contributing to a group of persons who commit such acts or have a collective intention to commit such acts to promote criminal acts or to achieve such purposes. (5) In relation to the acts mentioned in this section, there will be financial investment in terrorist activities even if the following conditions exist:- (a) if there is no terrorist act or industry thereof, (b) if the property or fund is not actually used in any terrorist act or industry thereof, (c) if the property or fund is or is not related to any specific terrorist act, (d) terrorist act or terrorist act If the act sought to be committed is or will be in the country or territory or any other place where the act is intended to be committed, (e) the terrorist person or terrorist organization is or is not present in the country or territory where the person committing such act is located or is located elsewhere, or (f) the property or If the funds are raised or made available through any legal or illegal sources or means. (6) If any person commits an act mentioned in sub-section (1), (2), (3), (4) or (5), such act constitutes financial investment in terrorist activities. There will be a related offense.
